Real Estate Apprentice - Appraisal

Well-established residential real estate appraisal firm seeks apprentices. The apprenticeship takes a minimum of two years.
Only candidates with a Bachelors Degree will be considered (due to licensing requirements).
Employment requires a long-term commitment to career development.
Entering the profession requires an investment in education and earnings grow considerably with professional experience.
Excellent attention to detail, strong communication/writing skills, and a positive attitude are necessary.

Training opportunities exist in many regions, and home-based work (with travel up to 1 hour to reach job sites) is an option after several weeks.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
