HIRING: Receptionist/Phone Operator
START DATE: Immediately
POSITION TYPE: Full-time position (candidates interested in working part-time are still encouraged to apply)
SCHEDULE: 8:00am-5:00pm working Monday - Fridays

IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES &
Qualifications:
2 years of experience working in the medical field
Minimum of 6 months experience working as a phone operator or receptionist
Strong medical terminology skills (MA/CMA degree preferred, but not required)
Outstanding computer skills and experience working with EHR/LIS systems. (Centricity preferred)
Energetic, positive work attitude and approachable personality
Excellent time management, interpersonal, customer service, and ability to handle stressful situations.
Superior communication skills; Ability to speak respectfully, clearly and concisely to patients and staff members.
The ability to work well both independently and cohesively with members of other department teams

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
