Summary of Duties:
Monitor inventories of products and supplies needed for production.
Communicate with Creamery buyers to ensure timely ordering and adequate supplies.
In collaboration with other Supervisors, schedule hourly employees in daily tasks with adequately skilled persons, train and lead hourly Service Workers to perform the basic tasks of the WSU Creamery Production department.
Oversee the Quality Assurance (Lab) functions.
Tasks include Cheesemaking and all the associated jobs, making starters, HACCP, FSMA Documentation, Quality control, Sanitation practices and procedures, and lab testing.
Maintain lab supplies and equipment.
Keep laboratory neat and organized.
Adjust cheese-making procedures as necessary to maintain consistent, high-quality products.
Monitor and enforce Creamery GMP and sanitation standards on the production floor.
Maintain and monitor Laundry service and inventory.
Required
Qualifications:
Two years' experience in game farm operations or one year of experience in a creamery or dairy processing work, at least six months must include experience directing the work of others; OR equivalent education/experience.
Position requires the ability to obtain a food handler's permit and a valid drivers license.
Position requires First Aid/CPR certification (training is provided).
Preferred Qualification:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Two years of experience directing the work of others.
Experience in a food processing facility.
Experienced trainer.
Proficient keyboarding and 10-key skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office applications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
