Residential Maintenance Technicians | $18-$21 | Pullman - Immediately Hiring
Express is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join a well established Property Management Company based out of Pullman, WA to perform necessary maintenance duties on their apartment complexes.

00 per hour (depending on experience) Could be higher for the right candidateShift:
Monday - Friday, 8-hour days (rotating on-call weekends) Necessary Skills/Traits/Qualities:
Three years of maintenance experience to include:
basic plumbing, electrical, painting, basic carpentryMotivation and excellent communicationAbility to work alongside a crewJob Duties:
Conduct routine inspections of apartments to identify maintenance issues such as plumbing leaks, electrical problems, appliance malfunctions, and structural defects.
Perform repairs and maintenance tasks including, but not limited to:
Plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks, clearing drains, and replacing fixtures.
Electrical repairs such as replacing outlets, switches, and light fixtures.
HVAC system maintenance including filter replacement and troubleshooting.
Carpentry work such as repairing doors, cabinets, and windows.
Painting and touch-up work to maintain the aesthetic appeal of apartments.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests submitted by tenants or property management.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs performed, and materials used.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols while performing maintenance tasks.
Assist with apartment turnovers by preparing units for new tenants, which may include cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
Collaborate with property management and other staff members to address maintenance issues and ensure resident satisfaction.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment, and report any shortages to management.
Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergency maintenance requests.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code, attendance, and professionalism.
Experience/
Qualifications:
